A house on an old hill
One of Varaždin’s hills is called Briška, which gave its name to this Holiday Home. The hill has always been known as the place where staying is nice and cosy, where one can relax breathing the scents of forests, meadows and the vineyard.
The name ‘Briška’ originated in the Latin word ‘prisca’, which means ‘old’. Why has this place always been a favourite with visitors? It is close to the City and the connecting roads, but it also provides peace and pleasure of pristine nature. The spacious home garden, where it is best to stay during warmer days, slowly discloses to guests what the ‘Briška’ Holiday Home has to offer. In addition to the swimming pool, there is the sauna, a swing in the shadow of an old walnut tree, birdhouses, flowers and an orchard. The view that unveils before you before you leads you to the Varaždin valley, and at the time of clement weather it spreads far away, all the way to the lake and beyond to the Hungarian plain.
